Terms of Service
1. Commisions are for personal use only. In other words, the resulting artworks cannot be used to generate profit by any means, with the exception of YouTube thumbnails, where it may be used.Please contact me via email for commercial works; Commission's prices do not apply.
2. When commissioning, you accept that I own all the rights of the artworksI have the right to share it in my social media (Unless requested otherwise).I have the right to add the artwork to my Portfolio.I do not allow the use of our artwork for training or fine tuning any kind of generative AI engine.
3. Listed prices are the base price. Please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.
4. I have every right to decline a commission if I believe we don't met the necessary skill level for it or if it falls under subjects we don't want to work with.
5. Commisions will take around three (3) months maximum. Please do not rush me, if you do, there may be additional fees.In case the commission cannot be finished, I will contact you and return the 75% of the already paid money.Note that the time taken to reply my emails with updates or approvals I need to continue does not count towards these three (3) months.
6. Please provide visual references to the commission all times possible. This will improve your experience as a client and the quality of my work considerably.An example of this could be a quick drawing of a stickman made in MS Paint. It doesn't have to be good or clean art, since it's my job to make it for you ;).I reserve the right to reject commissions with vague descriptions or no visual references.
7. With each commision, you own the right for five (5) minor changes in the last phase of the commision process.Once these minor changes run out, additional fees will be charged for extra minor changes.Bigger changes in the final phase will cost additional fees.
